標題[問題] Win7不能錄影(錄影幕和聲音)

Windows板 板友大家好!
作業系統：Win7專業版 64位元
Service Pack：SP1
發生問題頻率：安裝了這軟體star-player
按鍵盤上的Print Screen鍵 截取畫面..等的
想請問 如何下載star-player的影片?

是否有做Windows Update：有
問題內容：請問為何不能下載star-player的影片? 請問是哪裡出了問題?
有試過
