輸入指令 netsh interface tcp show global
會出現以下網路相關的設定項目

特別要提到的是，有許多人發現 Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level 這個參數
設為 highlyrestricted 時會提升網路頻寬大小，有興趣的人可到中華電信測速網頁
做比較測試。
