標題[問題] 瀏覽器無法上網，除了ＰＣＭＡＮ

家中使用Cable Modem
上BBS....ok
Google chrome ...無法顯示此網頁。
IE 6 ...無法顯示此網頁。
ping 168.95.1.1 ...Reply from 168.95.1.1: bytes=32 time=23ms TTL=239
以為是單純的颱風斷線
結果PCman不小心聯外...居然可以連線!?
真是讓我又驚又喜
