pnxservr.exe (which launchs pnxkernl.exe) is a file of Canopus ProCoder.
They enable ProCoder to run queued batch conversions.
To disable open "Job Queue Manager" and uncheck
"Start Kernel with Windows" under "Tools" menu.
It's not dangerous, but might use too much CPU
