標題[問題]請問五角大廈參觀預約網址如何進入(被擋)

因為之後想要去華盛頓 想要參觀一下五角大廈
看網路上有人參觀過內部 雖然不能照相
請問五角大廈參觀預約網址如何進入
但是登入了這個網址後
http://pentagontours.osd.mil/
一直被擋 如果無法給外面的人登入預約
這樣的話其他的人又是如何預約參觀的
有人是可以登入的嗎?
需要用到哪裡的網路或是設定方法?怎麼不被擋而能夠登入並且預約
