Master room (Carleton East Apartment) with a full bathroom and 2 walk-
in closets. You will be sharing this apartment with 2 other
roommates.
Available after 7/18, you only need to pay $400 + utilities for 1.5
months!!! (7/19~8/31) The original rent of the master room is $452.5/
month.
1. Close to UMCP campus (8-10 min drive); there’s also a bus stop at
the community to Beltway Plaza and Greenbelt metro station.
2. Convenience: 2 min drive to Giant; 5 min to Greenway Center
(Safeway, Starbucks, Dollar Store, Chinese restaurant, etc.); 10 min
to Beltway Plaza (Giant, Target, Marshall’s, etc.)
3. Quiet neighborhood
