Healthy Gourmet Cooking Class Beginning September 10, 2005 series of free cooking classes will be offered at Chesterbrook Taiwanese Presbyterian Church. Time: 4:00 - 6:00 PM Cooking Class. 6:00 - 6:30 PM singing and sharing while we wait for the food to be cookd. 6:30 - 7:30 PM Dinner (enjoy what we have learned). Class I (9/10): Easy Lunch Box This class will instruct you to make few simple and yet tasty lunch boxes, variety include Omelet Rice, Baked Miso Soba, and delicious Drumstick bandon. Class II (9/24): Sandwich Workshop This class will demonstrate an easy home made mayonnaise, and a few tasty sandwiches including: Feed the hunger Club Sandwich. Candy Shaped Party Sandwich and hot teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. Class III (10/8): Taiwanese Cuisine If you miss the traditional Taiwanese delicious that your grand mom used to make, then you don't want to miss this class. Class menu includes : Fried Rice Noodles, Sweet Rice, Chinese Rice Cake. Class IV (10/22): Never to forget tea time dessert This Recipe include: Coffee Cheese Cake, Savory Beef Curry Dumpling, Egg Roll and Tiramisu. Class V (11/5): International Flavor Home made Susi, Pad Thai, Vietnamese Spring Roll.
