Just a few things from the PST
It seems that the delves on abilities now change in the tooltip depending on what your strength currently is. These delves are with a full 15 point spec in a line and with 196 str with no equipment/RA's and then at 755 strength with equipment.
AURAS
DREAD
Dreadful Agony: 20ft radius
Dreadful Fear: radius reduced to 20ft on enemies and group members
Dreadful Terror: 20ft radius
CORRUPTION
Corrupting Retrubution: reduced from 150ft to 90ft
Corrupting Wrath: 20ft on enemies, 65ft on group members
Corrupting Horror: 20ft radius
DISCORD
Discordant Fluctuation: reduced from 150ft to 90ft
Discordant Instability: radius reduced to 20ft on enemies and group members
Discordant Turbulence: 20ft radius
ABILITIES
DREAD (full 15 spec points)
Cleave: 104/402 delve
Relentless: 117/262 per hit
Rending Blade: 66/364 damage, radius reduced to 20ft, 5 sec cooldown
Suppression: 66/364 delve
Tooth of Tzeentch: 104/402 first hit, then 151 additional damage for the next hit
Withering Blow: 66/364 delve
CORRUPTION (full 15 spec points)
Baneshield: 150/151 delve, 20ft with dire shielding
Dizzying Blow: 66/364 delve
Downfall: 104/402 delve
Enraged Blow: 66/364 delve
Oppression: 141/439 delve
Repel: 104/402 delve
DISCORD
Blast Wave: 15 sec cooldown, 104/402 delve, 20ft radius
Quake: 104/272 delve, 55ft range
Ravage: 88/443 delve
Seeping Wound: 159/672 damage over 9 seconds

樓上是Patch note preview
1.3主要改變在於
(1)大部分的cone ae變更 使得範圍縮小
(2)大部分技能對力量的依存性上升(樓上的數據前面是沒穿裝備 後面是力量755)
(3)aura範圍也nerf了
啊 Rending Blade被改cd5秒其實是1.2.1的事情了XD
