自己家裏的光環現在可以拆雷神之鎚跟ROB

增加瓶子的回魔量
: * Melee heroes get denied less xp than range heroes do
近戰英雄在被對方TK的時候 拿到的經驗值比較少

wtf模式不需要投票了
: * Fixed the -ar -random exploit (again!)
修正-ar -random的bug
: * Fixed Vendetta not listing the movement speed it gave before (10%)
以前的na大絕會加跑速 現在把他寫出來

修正不能拿跳刀的英雄 拿兩隻就可以留一支的bug

塔的回血速度下降
