Talents
Invocation was changed to give the active bonus while at full mana and 40
seconds afterward, rather than upon completing an Evocation.
祈願的效果會在喚醒唱到滿魔的時候就發動並且維持40秒
而不是唱完一整個喚醒才發動
Ring of Frost now has a "Limit 10" in the tooltip.
霜環說明文字修正 "上限10"
Rune of Power no longer has a cooldown.
荔枝符文沒CD了
