本人已於信件中明示「拒收Nior及其多重帳號所寄送之任何信件或水球」，
使用者Nior仍無視警告持續為之，佔用本人之信箱空間。

#14xM0aHS (Violation)，使用者明示拒絕收受信件後，
使用者仍執意為之者，視為騷擾行為。

轉錄後得事後刪除涉及隱私及個資之文字.
