標題[請益] DirectX 11的疑問

想要請問 微軟 DirectX11 為什麼可以先有軟體，然後才有硬體支援呢？
不太了解這箇中奧妙，
原本以為應該是先有 硬體/驅動 之後才會有軟體
但看DirectX11 好像是先有，之後晶片廠商才推出支援的硬體晶片？
