標題[問題] 請問關於錄影帶.....

請問美加地區的錄影帶規格是否與台灣用的不同？
我想從國外訂購一部影片，
但那部片只有發行DVD和VHS，
我的DVD又不能播放全區的影片，
還是一般電腦用的DVD光碟機可以播放全區？
