標題[租屋] 溫哥華雅房出租 (交通方便)

Roommate Wanted --Excellent Location !!
1. Rent: 450 dollars/ per month
2. Internet included.
3. Laundry included.
4. Everything included. (No meals)
5. a shared bathroom and kitchen ( Total three people)
6. Location: 2728 Duke street
7. Near Kingsway 19 bus (2 minutes)
8. Walk to Skytrain (29th ave. station) for 10 mins (if you take 26 bus, then it takes 3 mins to get the station)
9. Near Supermarket (3 minutes)
10. 1st floor, Kind landlord lives 2nd floor. Separated entrance with owner.

12. Current situation: two Taiwanese students live there.
13. Limited: Female, no smoking, no pets, no drugs, like tidy, not make noise.
因為房東希望台灣人來住 價錢可以有點商量的餘地
如果要住久的話
對面就有超級市場
另外 房間是一張雙人床 有付電視 (也有第四台)
空間很大 二月初可以搬進來
可以打電話給我看房子 如果我不在 也可以直接請房東幫妳看
房東人很好 是一對年輕的夫妻
我自己住了五個月了 很喜歡這邊
希望找到不錯的人來這邊住!!
