標題[問題] How can I type Chinese in BBS?

Finally, I and my dogs had made it to Canada,
I can type and read Chinese in www, but BBS.
Moreover, the order in BBS is not recognizealbe.
It's something like Greek or some question mark.
So, please if someone can help me post the exact
order to have it changed into Chinese.
I will be very appreciated.
