OPT的旅遊簽名的確只有六個月的效期 大家要注意
已經延機票了 QQ
另外 如果沒有有效的旅遊簽名 可能會發生的三種情況如以下
What will happen if I try to enter the US without a valid travel signature?
If your airline allows you board the plane without a valid signature, there
could be three (3) possible outcomes at the US airport upon arrival:
* The immigration inspector might just rely on your electronic SEVIS record in
their system and admit you into the US for “D/S” which means a full
duration of status/studies.
* The immigration inspector might admit you for 30 days under the I-515A
temporary admission provision.
-If this happens, please come and meet with you ISSS advisor immediately
(within two business days) as this is time-sensitive.
* The immigration inspector might not let you enter the US.

各位大大請教一下
爬文後發現 I-20 Travel endorsement 上面的簽名+1年內 就會有效
簽名上方也的確也有寫 Each endorsement is valid for one year
我現在的狀況是 我的F2(F1是OPT) I-20是7/20/2022 學校簽了旅行背書
但是我不確定到底旅遊簽名有沒有六個月的限制 預計下周回美
F2 VISA stamp和 F2 I20 都還在效期內
請問這樣入境會有什麼問題嗎? 謝謝
