標題[北美] H1B DS-160填表問題

我九月份H1B生效 11月底因為家裡的關係必須回台
因此要申請H1B visa stamp入境美國
七月份時 因為已經接到H1B的approval notice 所以律師已經file I-140
我在填DS-160時有一個部分問說
"Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf
with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?"
我想這個問題應該是要回答YES
但下面會跳出一個Explain的部份 這個部分是要提供什麼樣的解釋呢？
已經嘗試尋找但版上並沒有很多討論
另外file I-140會影響H1B stamp的核准嗎？
請問有人有經驗可以分享解惑嗎？
