讓我非常擔心
請問是否AIT搬到內湖後審查標準變嚴格了?
最近有同為SWE的板友申請H1B stamp成功的嗎?
(若被AP也請分享經驗)

請問大概是問什麼樣的問題呢?

口 You must have read and understood the Legal Rights and Protections
pamphlet before coming to
your visa interview. You will be questioned on the content of the pamphlet
and will not get a visa unless
you can respond satisfactorily on your rights."
