標題[北美][J1 ] J-1簽證 DS-2019保險

各位大大先進好
小的最近申請到美國博後
在J-1 簽證申請的過程中
對方提出了下列要求
Proof of health insurance valid in the U.S. until you receive health
insurance coverage in the US. The federal regulations requires that
J-1 exchange visitors carry a medical insurance
which meets the following minimum benefit:
- Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness
- Repatriation of remains in the amount of $25,000
- Expenses associated with medical evacuation of the Exchange Visitor to
his or her home country in the amount of $50,000
- A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness
在經過爬文後
想請問的是，
1.台灣是否有保險公司有這樣的保險方案
2.還是需要在美國的保險公司進行購買投保
3.各位在美國的先進是否有類似的經驗或是推薦的保險公司
