標題[北美] DS-160 照片無法上傳

目前在填 DS-160
上傳照片系統說照片品質是 ok 的
但上傳一直出現 error while processing your photo
我確認 size 是 600 * 600
大小在 30KB 左右 符合 240KB 規定
一直反複壓縮還是無法上傳
請問有辦法不上傳就完成 ds 160 填表嗎
我的 review 部分無法點取啊
所以無法 submit ds 160
另外 我有試圖用

提到的工具
但 chrome 跟 safari 都開不起來
