請問一下表單中的這個問題 目前填到小孩的部份

這是我媽媽的部份 若是我們全家要一起旅遊 各自有各自的護照
那這到底要勾選什麼呢?
還有 請問一下有關英國的住址格式

到底是 Bedford Way的幾號?? 郵遞區號又是多少呢??
最後是 財產的部份 他要求用文字敘述 這部份必須很詳細嗎??

我爸媽的寫 I own a house and a car.
這樣是不是太混了呀?? XD
