標題[北美] OPT Processing Time

I'm not sure if this is the right place to share OPT information.
If not, please delete this post at will.
Just for your information (before USCIS update on 20th of every month)
I sent my OPT application to VSC on Feb 20th and got approved on Mar. 13th.
I didn't expect getting approved that soon,
since update last month was with notice date of Dec. 4th 2006.
