標題{Questions} japanese getting us visa?

sorry that i have to use english caz my nb got some problem.
i have some doubt abt gettin visa to US
and hope someone would give me advice.
i m a japanese currently studyin medicine.
and i have to spend 2yrs in usa for clinical rotation before i graduate.
after graduation, i ll probably spend 2 more yrs
stayin in us.
and my school asked me if visa ll be a problem for me to practice
medicine in us.
i know there's somethin like "visa waiver program"
which allows japanese go to us without visa for no more than 90 days.
but not sure which kind of visa i should get if i m goin there
for 2yrs doin medical rotation as an intern. and maybe stay 2~3yrs
after i graduate from medical school.
i ll be grateful if anyone would help with my questions.
btw, readin chinese is not a problem for me.
so plz do use chinese if its more convenient. :)
