He says he could never figure out how to stop him from getting to the basket, knocking down big shots, and stealing the ball, but there are some things Monty says he has to help Evans with such as weak side defense, getting in his stance. Monty提到說reke是其中一個在面對他的時候會讓他害怕的。他說他完全想不到要如何阻 止他得分、投進關鍵球和抄截，但也有一些東西Monty說他要幫忙reke的就是弱邊的防守 還有他的站位。 Dell states that Tyreke was his “Plan A” this off season. Tyreke genuinely seems like he wants to be a Pelican and Monty refers to him as a guy that really wants to be here multiple times . Dell聲明reke是這個季外的A計劃。reke似乎真的想要成為鵜鶘人，而Monty說了很多次 reke是真的想要來這邊的(*1) Main attractions that brought Tyreke Evans to New Orleans was the trade for, one of Tyreke Evans good friends, Jrue Holiday and the young group of guys the team has. 主要吸引reke到紐奧良的就是因為他們交易到了reke的好朋友Jrue，還有他們的年輕團 隊(抱大腿？XDDDD) When asked if he has any problem playing small forward Tyreke responded “I have no problem at all.” Coach Williams then responded to Evans “That’s what you call starting controversy.” 當問到要打小前鋒時，reke的回應是「完全沒問題啊」，Monty就對reke說「那就是你所 說的先發位置的爭議(XD)」 Monty hasn’t made a set role for Tyreke Evans yet saying he wants to see him play with Jrue, Eric, and Al-Farouq then make the assessments in October. Monty’s main concern about playing Tyreke at the 3 is in late clock situations if he has to switch on a 4. Monty did not seem too concern about Tyreke playing the 3 on the offensive side believing his guys can figure it out.
