成大97學年經濟學有一題這樣問：
In an expansion, the cyclical rate of unemployment:
A) is zero.
B) is negative.
C) equals the natural rate of unemployment.
D) equals the sum of the frictional and structural unemployment rates.
請問大家是不是B啊？我翻過課本了找不到> <
循環性失業可為負嗎？
政大97財政系的經濟學有一題：
