Construction companies may suffer from government’s halting public land auction, however, Taifert (1722 TT)’s land asset benefit from less land supply today. China’s labor shortage hurts labor-intensive industry but benefit machine automation suppliers. The same, recent weak sentiment implies stronger buying strength in the future! As most of global indices has stabilized above their quarterly moving averages, why not be confident now?
