標題[問題] TmProxy.exe產生問題以致無法上網

最近我將電腦實施系統還原後
上網一段時間視窗就會跳出下列這個訊息
TmProxy.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
接著我的電腦便無法再上網了
只能重新開機之後.才能再次上網
上網查資料後.發現這是PC-cillin的程式
請問各位.這個問題要如何解決?謝謝
