http://www.atm-roc.net/front/bin/ptdetail.phtml?Part=101042301&Rcg=31057 長灘島領隊遭受當地警察機關開罰及不承認台灣領隊證乙事處理情形 本會為中華民國觀光領隊協會(Association of Tour Managers)，亦為國 際觀光領隊協會(International Association of Tour Managers)的台灣 分會，我國之領隊證當然為國際所認可．目前發生於菲律賓長灘島領隊遭 受當地警察機關開罰及不承認台灣領隊證乙事，經本會向交通部觀光局報 備，並向菲律賓駐台辦事處協調，但礙於缺少事證（如罰單或任何書面證 明）是以無法進一步處理，請領隊朋友在菲律賓或其它國家遇有上述情形 ，請協助提供事證及書面資料予本會，方便本會進行協調及處理，以維領 隊權益． 經本會向交通部觀光局報備，觀光局已發函請外交部處理，另本會已於４ 月２３日向ＩＡＴＭ連絡，請ＩＡＴＭ協助處理，確認本會及會員權益． 2012年4月24日發函國際領隊協會IATM，告知領隊在菲律賓長灘島被當地 官方拒絕承認臺灣發的國際領隊執業證及被尋求麻煩，請求協助乙事(信 函如下:) Apr 24, 2012 Dear Jayne Pagan, I am sending you a very nice DVD of 50 Lisbon convention plus another pictures of maderia convention held by CER. Recently, I was told by the tour managers of IATM Taiwan Region.that a famous Tourist spot called Boracay in Philippines the local authority refused to acknowledge the Status of the international tour manager license in Taiwan. And looking for trouble: such as blackmail damaging the good image of Taiwan tour managers. But as you know, Taiwan has joined IATM since 1989.and become IATM Taiwan Region for 23 years. We are no doubt, legiblely the International Tour Managers. So in this case, on behalf of our Taiwan regional Chairman Mr. Liu, Wen-I .
