Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced
the following injury update on guard Anthony Edwards:
Edwards underwent a successful right knee arthroscopic procedure
for debridement today by Dr. Craig Bennett at Mayo Clinic in
Rochester, Minn. He is expected to make a full recovery and
further updates of his progress will be provided when available.
AE右膝關節鏡手術清創已經完成，預期能完全康復，更多細節後續公布。

Here's Tim Connelly addressing the media this morning on Anthony
Edwards' knee injury.
- Will have an arthroscopic procedure in the next 24 hours
- Not a meniscus injury; just an arthroscopic clean up of his knee
- The most recent imaging of the knee changed after the game in
Cleveland on Monday -- different than the imaging they took in
last season's playoffs and different than even a month ago.
- Edwards wants to play tonight, but this is what's best for his
long-term health
- No timeline set for recovery until after the procedure. Don't
think it will be something that costs him the season
- Connelly says Edwards should be good as new after recovery. This
is not something they're concerned with long-term.

康總在AE手術前的對外說明：
-不是半月板手術，單純針對膝蓋內部清創。
-AE膝蓋照影在對騎士賽後，和去年季後賽甚至一個月前有些變化。
-AE想繼續出賽，但需要考量他長期健康。
-沒有確切時間表，但不會整季報銷。
-預期術後能完全康復，根除未來對這件事的疑慮。
