他問 What did you do to me?
神盾局局長說你應該問 What did I do for you
從上面的對話可以感覺到 to 是負面的，不好的事
正面的，有益的事就會用for
This is good for you.
No, it is bad to me.
it is nothing to me 這(壞事)對我來說不要緊
it is nothing for me 這(益處)對我沒價值，沒幫助
