These are the top 20 all-around chart superstars who reigned supreme on both
the Billboard 200 and the Hot 100 over the course of the Billboard chart
year, from November 2008 through November 2009. Considering Taylor Swift's
blockbuster year, it's no surprise that the Country/Pop sweetheart landed at
No. 1 as her "Fearless" juggernaut and its' singles continued to dominate.
Swift is also queen of the Female Artist of the Year Chart, while her
infamous VMA bully Kanye West -- who only makes it to No. 6 here on the big
Artist of the Year chart -- takes the king's crown on the Male Artists if the
Year tally.
