最近板上蓋方章跟小黃章的人有增多的趨勢
所以更改了發文種類如下
如果文章內容以小綠章為主的請發文類別選擇[小綠]，
以方章為主的請選擇[小藍]。
蓋各種章的文章請選[章況]。
