疑問：答案是(C)
有幾個問題
1."no obligations"應該是單數,請問為何答案不是(B)
2.
解析本說,there has to be代表"只能有"
我上網有找到比較接近的用法是there+完成式have+been+物品
這是There的完成式用法,
幾乎沒有there has to be 的討論
請問是否有這樣的用法
