標題[討論] 分詞句構要不要有逗點?

請問各位先進,
在書上看到不同的三句分詞句構的例句分別如下:
1. He sat in the corner reading a newspaper.
2. The little girl said goodbye to her friends, waving her hand.
3. I closed my eyes, trying to take a rest.
以上三個例句是用分詞句構, 這個可以理解, 但不懂的是, 為何第一個例句
不用加逗點, 而第2.3的例句卻要加逗點呢? 還是說以上三句要不要加逗點都
可以?
