疑問：這一題的答案為什麼不是
C it opened production plants in Asia.
而是B it is aiming to improve a line of goods.
文章第二段最後一行寫到:
another is the establishment of regional offices and manufacturing plants in China and Vietnam in order to cut down on operational and production cost.
這行寫到在中國及越南建立製造工廠，
那不就是符合答案C 在亞洲開了生產工廠嗎？
為什麼不是答案C而是B呢？
