因為設立電腦系統, 不就是提供技術服務的一種嗎?

補上一些資訊.
解答標記的是女生說的
所以 your department 就是對話中其他二位(男性)
我認為題目中的 company's parners 指的是公司的夥伴, 也就是對話中其他二位(男性)
所以選(A)
但還是不懂為什麼選(C)?
