題目：

(A) I didn't see it, but I heard it wasn't bad.
(B) I couldn't move either.
(C) Evidently a stubborn person.
疑問：我猜得出答案是C，但是我不懂它題目的意思，它的意思是"你以前
喜歡的預算主任是誰嗎"，但是開頭為什麼不用who而用what? 還是他的題目有別的意思?
