The company disposed of old equipment it no longer needed.
想問一下，上面是參考書看到的例句，後面所接的子句是不是少了一個be動詞啊?
而如果要省略的話不是通常連主詞也要一起省略不是嗎？?
能請高手求解嗎？謝謝
