題目：The last provision in the contract states that if either party
determines it is his best interest to cancel the contract,
he is obligated to inform the other immediately of his intention.
疑問：
1.此句文法從that if...到the contract, 主詞的範圍是? 那個it是代表哪部份?
因為it is,我看不懂了.
2. 逗點之後,he is ...和his intention,這2個指的是同1人嗎?
不好意思,自學但文法問題不知可上哪找資源,還麻煩大家指點1下
