標題[討論] house為什麼不是用where ?!

從國中到現在
我還是不知道要怎麼去解類似的題目..
關係代名詞which that who ......
這些都很好想
只要記分別代表事，物，人
但是where我也知道是代表一個地點
可是卻一直錯。
我會認為
This house which I live in was located on Iron Street.
應該要用where，而不是which
因為house是一個住的地點啊！
再拿一個例句來講:
This is the cafeteria where I see my friends.
cafeteria和house都是一個地點啊
而cafeteria卻是用where,house則用which
請問我的觀念到底哪裡有問題~~
我困擾好久了！
然後
請問片語後面如果是介系詞的都要接動名詞或名詞嗎？有例外嗎？
例如look forward to ，in spite of 這樣的。

14F：→ andy108tw : Street.這樣就對了，但是要用where的話，就要變成T 07/13 22:14

16F：→ andy108tw : et.所以你可以發現是where=in which，把in拉到whic 07/13 22:14
17F：→ andy108tw : h前面，才能變成where 07/13 22:14
