標題[題目] 這裡的which指的是?

Spring,a job-search website, is posing threat to newspaper,
which
historically made 40% of their revenue from carrying ads,
up to half of
which were for staff.
問題1：第一個
which…ads。
我翻做-> 報社以往的收入40%都是來自刊登Spring這家公司的廣告
(這樣翻對嗎?)
問題2: 第二個which指的是revenue 還是 ads?
"up to half of
which were for staff" 這句該怎麼解釋?
請大家幫忙解惑一下!!
