(S. + V. + twice + 受詞) 但 Chet is double my weight. 其中的dounle 應該是如Oxford 所說的是個determiner 限定詞, 但這句不可以用twice代替,因為twice 沒有determiner的用法’ 不可以說Chet is twice my weight. 應該說Chet’s weight is double my weight. = Chet’s weight is twice as much as my weight. ( my weight 最好用 mine代替. 注意不是Chet is 應該是Chet’s weight is 才對喔!!)
