題目：
Tom might have revised the project significatly, -----to do so
(A) has he had the chance
(B) he had had the chance
(C) the chance had he had
(D) had he had the chance
疑問：為甚麼是A而不是D
如果照題目來看, "might have revised" 指的是和過去事實相反的句子,
那麼後面接的應該是 had he had...而不是has he had啊?? 謝謝

疑問：為甚麼是A而不是C
這句話是和現在是相反, 那麼If後面+的是過去式, 有點搞不清楚為什麼不能用didn't?
