今天聽到這一題，看了解答本還是沒有懂，希望版友能幫我解答，感恩!

疑問： (1)Ltd是limited的縮寫..意思是說對Intelligent Technologies的收購案
的權力是受到限制的嗎?
(2)I'd like you to give presentation on how work on the proposal
is going.
