標題[題目] 幫忙解題一下

出處:因為是自己去買題庫回來做的,所以需要拜託大家幫我解個答,謝謝!

疑問：答案是(C),可是(B)為什麼不行?
題目2: New building plans _______ at the moment by the construction company.
(A) are preparing
(B) prepared
(C) have been prepared
(D) are being prepared
疑問: 答案是(D),為什麼(C)不行?

4F：→ breezetaste :題二：不是文法對就可以了，要注意"時間片語－at the 08/10 16:44
5F：→ breezetaste :moment"，因此怎麼可能時態是用"have+pp（完成式）" 08/10 16:46
