內科二 考這個有天良嗎
MCV 就算了
MCV = Hct(%)x10 / RBC數目 (10^6/uL)
Reticulocyte Production index
R.P.I. = [Ret(%) x Hct(%)] /
[Maturation days x 45(%)]
Maturation days 是一個換算表格
Hct(%) Maturation days
45 1.0
35 1.5
25 2.0
15 2.5
所以內科二第四題題目中
Hct 24% 換算成Maturation days是2.0 帶進去算
這樣有天良嗎
