Fri, May 29th 2009, 15:35 Summer Update What’s up? Everyone enjoying these playoffs? Talk about some fun games to watch! It seems like every single game is going down to the buzzer. As a fan of the game, you can’t ask for anything more than that. It will be interesting to see who comes out of each of these series. LA and Orlando appear to have the edge right now, but you can never count out LeBron, and the Nuggets are as resilient as they come, so don’t expect them to fold. Who do you guys think will go all the way? 大家有在好好享受今年的季後賽嗎？咱們來聊聊幾個有趣的比賽吧…像是場場有壓哨球的 呀。做為比賽的球迷，我想你也不能再要求更多了。會讓人感興趣的是誰會從系列賽中脫 穎而出。LA和Orlando現在是都聽牌了啦，但是卻還有一個不按牌理出牌的LeBron！還有 富有韌性的金塊隊，別去預測哪隊會碰上哪一隊。誰知道接下來還會發生什麼事？ As for an update on me, I had shoulder surgery yesterday, which was successful. For those of you with medical knowledge, I had a left shoulder arthroscopic distal clavicle excision for long standing symptoms emanating from my acromioclavicular joint…. For everyone else out there, I had a quick arthroscopic surgery to minimize some pain and discomfort in my left shoulder. Another big thanks to Dr. Brian Cole at Rush University Medical Center, who has taken excellent care of me through both of these surgeries. The shoulder surgery was timed so that I would be in good enough shape after the knee surgery to be able to rehabilitate both areas. As for my knee, it’s recovering well, and I’m right on track to where I should be at this point. I’m not running or doing much basketball related at this point, but I was able to start getting into the pool a few weeks ago. I’m aiming for training camp for my return, and working as hard as possible to be ready by then. 接下來輪到我自已囉，我昨天動了個肩膀手術，當然，它是成功的。想向有醫學知識的人 說一下，位置是在左肩到鎖骨這裡一個叫肩峰鎖骨關節的地方，這個可是長時間對我有困 擾的問題。簡單的說，我又做了個小小的關節鏡手術來減輕我左肩的傷痛。另外要大大感 謝Rush University Medical Center的Brian Cole醫師，他在這些手術期間非常用心的照 顧我。會在這時候動左肩手術是因為想跟膝蓋一起恢復，說到我的膝蓋，它現在狀況不錯 呢，我大概知道什麼時候會好了。我現在沒有跑也沒在做關於籃球的一些謝練，但是我幾 個禮拜前我已經開始在游泳池訓練了。我想我來得及參加訓練營的，我會盡一切努力準備 好。 Thanks for all the support and for all those birthday wishes everyone left for me!
