標題[問題] ssd裝外接盒問題

買一顆wd藍標1t 裝在外接盒當隨身碟
一看始速度還很正常 最近速度傳輸都變
成只有40m 是ssd的隨機存取用光了嗎
要怎麼才能恢復成原來的傳輸速度
