標題[問題] odds 和 比賽勝率？

A newspaper article preceding the 2014 World Cup quarter-final match between Netherlands and Costa Rica
stated that “Netherlands is favored 10-11 to beat Costa Rica, which is rated at 10-3 to reach the semi-final.”
Suppose this means that the odds that Netherlands wins are 11/10 and the odds that Costa Rica wins are 3/10.
Find the probability that each team wins and comment.
想問一下這個是要詢問，我不確定理解是否正確？
Ｗ荷=11/10
Ｗ哥=3/10
如果是的話該怎麼算他的勝率？和解釋？
