------------------------------------------------------------------------ [軟體程式類別]:stata [程式問題]:跑panel data [軟體熟悉度]:新手 [問題敘述]: 各位好 我是stata的新手..之前有學過一點SPSS 不過查了之後發現比較多人用stata跑panel data 目前是參考這篇教學 http://www.princeton.edu/~otorres/Panel101.pdf 不過還是有些問題想請教大家 我的資料是18個國家 2000年~2012年 country year y x1 x2 x3......x16 1 2000 1 2001 1 2002 . . . . 1 2012 2 2000 2 2001 . . 18 2012 資料就大概是上面這樣子的! 我目前的步驟就是先將country設虛擬變數 然後輸入xtset country year 接著下fixed effect的指令 xtreg y x1 x2...., fe 下random effect的指令 xtreg y x1 x2...., re 目前為止我都有做出來 接下來要用hausman來檢定哪個較適合 我輸入 xtreg y x1 x2...., fe estimates store fixed xtreg y x1 x2...., re estimates store random hausman fixed random 結果出現 Note: the rank of the differenced variance matrix (11) does not equal the number of coefficients being tested (15); be sure this is what you expect, or there may be problems computing the test. Examine the output of your estimators for anything unexpected and possibly consider scaling your variables so that the coefficients are on a similar scale. 請問這是甚麼意思? 而且最下面的結果是 Prob>chi2 = 0.2279 (V_b-V_B is not positive definite) 數字上來看的話是用用REM 但是下面的括號是叫我用FEM嗎? 覺得出來的結果好像不太理想.. 所以想請問神人們這到底是甚麼意思~~~~然後我所做的步驟對嗎? 謝謝大家了!! --
